DESCRIPTION
Thanks to Allen Downs’ resources, Treadwater has access to state of the art special technologies (AKA “Spec Techs”) in weaponry, armor, and Artificial Intelligence. Allen made sure that his privately assembled special operatives would be outfitted with the best technology money could buy. In doing so, the team’s skill set reflects abilities that could only be described as “superhuman”.
